Release 14.1.5238 fixes a couple of annoying bugs, the worst one prevented empty certificate chains to be correctly managed by web console. 

Improvements

• [PS-1743] - Change RTP timeout from 10 to 25 seconds and put RTP timeout setting in webconsole

Fixed Bugs

• [PS-1740] - [CS-184] update web console leads to 404
• [PS-1747] - Badly formatted CA certificate is redeployed at any tomcat6 restart, no matter if actual file's format is corrected by hand.
