To open the application settings
- Go to the More tab
- Select Settings item (fig. 1)
- Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner
settings are now editable (fig. 2)

Check Sip Server and Port
Check the correctness of the URL or IP address typed into the SIP server field of the settings page and ensure that it can be reached at the port indicated into SIP sever port field
Check username and password
Make sure that the value of the Username field is the same of the one created on the server (by your system administrator or provider). There is no way to check the password, but to reinsert paying more attention
Check obfuscation
The Obfuscation switch status and the Obfuscation key value must reflect the account configuration into the server; you have to obtain this information from your system administrator (or your provider). By default, the obfuscation is enabled and the standard key is 9
