Fixed Bugs

• [PGDR-697] - Application with no network connectivity shows Status Active
• [PGDR-773] - Application looses connection after message burst from server
• [PGDR-1087] - When duress code is used and the app is in foreground with secure message composer opened it shows the last activity.
• [PGDR-1107] - Loudspeaker status is not reset after call hangup
• [PGDR-1115] - Keep-alive message is not regularly scheduled on some Lollipop devices, due to a platform bug
• [PGDR-1120] - Audio about "not existing user" is not correctly routed if loudspeaker is active.
