Present release of  completes full support for iOS 8 and fixes some minor bugs mostly UI related due to newer iOS features.

• [IOS-1095] - Application killed and restarted every hour on iOS 8
• [IOS-1089] - During Manual activation, the form moves and becomes unreadable
• [IOS-1052] - Composer is occupying almost all screen, because autocomplete and suggestion are added to system Keyboard
• [IOS-1100] - DTMF keypad uses a low-resolution image
• [IOS-1094] - When starting in background, application is stuck for almost ten minutes before the SIP engine starts up
