Server keep-alive and favourites

With the present version we are putting the bases for the new features to come. So we introduced:

  1. "Favourites" tab in each client. It's possible to select a number of people in your own Address Book to be considered apart because (for example) they are using the PrivateGSM as you do.
  2. Better User Interface in the clients and server for a nicer usability experience
