Version 14.0 is the baseline for many new features in EVSS: Secure Messaging. Starting with this version users can send Secure Messages each other. 

User interface has been improved and calls/messages are grouped by contact in history section.

• [PS-1475] - After installing PrivateServer from CD, connecting to web console results in a 404 error
• [PS-1481] - After Installing PrivateServer from CD, web console asks to restart VoIP Engine service 
• [PS-1508] - Sending message doesn't work if the party's number does not start with country code
• [PS-1509] - Audit log traces dummy change on obfuscation data for every account change

Improvements

• [PS-1516] - Reduce CPU and DB overhead by SIP session reconciliation
