Fixed Bugs

• [PGDR-714] - Presence issue calling a number with or without adding the country prefix  Presence: in call logs .the presence was not enabled if the used number missed its prefix
• [PGDR-716] - Automatic refresh after placing  Presence: automatic refresh of contact' state after a call is was not working correctly
• [PGDR-721] - No  No refresh of presence while bringing PGSM Presence after the application is brought from background to foreground will have the state of a contact was offline to online
